Classified Section Ground Rules?

Should we set some simple ground rules for posting in the Classified section? I propose we stick to the relevant ‘business’ facts (description, location, asking price, contact instructions if interested). If you’re interested, follow the contact instructions. No other commentary. For those not interested but feel strongly about providing opinions about decisions to sell or judging prices etc, can still post general discussion section.
