Well - I have not seen it on the client list - but then I don't think I ever did. Sunrun was able to connect to it and the green lights on the charger were blinking indication communication - maybe I need to look at that again - anyway when Sunrun was here before they left we both got the roadblock which went away when the truck was update to 3.5.4 - I was able to setup the charger on our router some time ago. I am beginning to think it is the Xfinity router/gateway locking it out but I am not sure. Anyway I might just try to setup the charger from scratch - but only when I pull off the cover to make sue the communication lights are blinking!

Ed...... don't loose faith. This may take a while. Call Ford Customer Service and Support if you have to.
Remember this also. The wallbox charger communicates on 2.4GHZ. You may have to set up your router to recognize it at that frequency.

Unifi has an app called wifiman, you can use that to discover devices on your network. Note that it might not show up as "Ford Charge Station Pro", but the MAC should match. If you don't see it here at all, I'd go ahead and do the full power cycle restart, give it a few minutes, and see what happens.

Thanks Guys - I will let you know what happens. The challenge of having a web network (two hubs on a gateway) complicates things. The Xfinity app lets me see what is out there. I suspect that the gateway with pass-throughs is giving me problems - I sure hope Ford has a solution if this is the issue.

Did you try a power cycle?
This is what I had to do to reset and get it working. When you open up the CSP, there is a factory reset button on top left of the controller board. Press it for 10-20 seconds till the LED becomes white. Once you do that, it will get the Wi-Fi reset to factory default. Then try to follow the directions again to connect. I had to try it few times before it connected - even though the Google Wi-Fi was 15 ft away from it.

Also, I am facing the charging issue and it is sporadic. Sometimes it charges and other times it comes back with Charging Error. There are couple other reset buttons on the controller board and I am going to try it.

BTW, the same thing is happening with my mobile charger. So 2 chargers are home are bad but whenever I go to charge at a different location, it starts charging. It is really weird.

I would have your wiring checked. Does the mobile charger work anywhere else?

OK guys - that seemed to work with the following modification (which I probably should have tried first - oh well). Pulled the cover off the charger so I can get at the backup power plug - pulled the plug - then went down to the circuit breaker box and shut off power to the charger - waited 2 minutes - then turned back on. On my Ford Pass went into my account and the charger button - waited 10 minutes - still no connection - saw that the charger communication lights were blinking so(one red and one green) so I know I had communication but this time I went to the add charger (even though I could see the charger configuration on my Ford Pass), and went through the charger name and pass code exercise and guess what - I was able to connect and set the charger max amp (even though it gave an error to save - it saved it anyway!). Ok after several days I am still able to connect (it shows a blue stripe on the left side of the changer button). So maybe I should have done that first instead of powering the charger down. Hope this helps others...
