Hi
@Ssirr, I don't see any US flag on it.
@ronkirstenlong, I didn't get any rebates from the government. If there are rebates the dealer didn't mention it. But, at ~2.10$/l for gas lately, I feel pretty good with my purchase. Also, I don't see any Canadian flag neither.

FYI, I just received an email from Qmerit for a quote to install the charger and also install "Intelligent backup power". The email is just saying they got my request and no price yet.

Awesome thanks, I have one on order but I am way at the back of the line and was curious if they had the us flag no flag or Canadian flag logo on it. I am hoping the government has rebates by the time I get mine in 2024 :)
And I am also curious about the charger install price and power back up cost.. I know I need a panel upgrade as I only have a 100 amp service and have AC and a hot tub so I figure minimum $2500 and I am guessing over $10k for all that with the backup power option…

I have 100 amp service. Have been told I have to upgrade to 200 before I can install an ev charger and my quote was $4500 just for the panel upgrade. This doesn't include any wiring or install of the charger. Also I may have to pay more to the utility company if they need to run new equipment from the street.

1. We were on 150 A service and installed a charger, no issues. Charging is mostly at night anyway!
2. Paid $2000 for 200 A service upgrade a few years ago, and another $1000 for new panel and wiring, so a bit less than your quote.

finally after almost 1 month of production status and blend date my truck listed as built today and at ramp 51, had been at ramp 51 seems for a few weeks likely waiting on a chip. as others have posted ford deleting options on the truck due to chip shortages. When will this hell end!

you might be able to swing it if you limit charging between 12-7am…otherwise yeah, 100A can get consumed fairly quickly

Where did you see that your truck is on ramp 51? my build date was July 29th and since it shows it still in production. I suspect its sitting waiting on chips as well.

I had called my dealer and he could see it was sitting in Flat Rock ramp 51 but was not signed off for shipping (chips) but now the status changed to built so now it will be in line to ship. Your dated is a few days after mine so I suspect yours will change to built any day. Good Luck!

Thanks for the info!! yes I will need luck as when I call my dealer I seem to know ALOT more then he does. And I'm dealing with the general manager not a sales guy!?!?!?! we have the Platinum on order so maybe the amount of Chips needed is greater. Who knows, we will just continue to wait........
Thanks Again.

Well I have some sad news. :-(

I may be out of the running. Got word that Ford Canada might not be price protecting my order and I will be responsible to pay the price difference for a 2023. I don't think I will be able to afford it if the prices go up by as much as they are in the states.

I've not seen any Canadian pricing for 2023 announced, and Ford.ca is a mess, the website is broken, I can no longer see my reservation after logging into the account page. The "electrified" link only shows all the 2022 models and builds/
