My dealer is selling at MSRP, 2022 Lariat ER. It comes up on it's 6 mo period Feb 6,2023. MSRP before destination charge is $79549 after destination charge $81244 will it qualify for EV tax credit?

In Kansas were I live and the dealer is located doesn't require to be titled by dealer so that part is good to go. I just didn't know if destination charge was added to MSRP which would go over the $80,000 limit.
