5/19/21 reservation holder, Order date 9/22/22, build week 11/14/22 "NOT"! It has been a roller coaster and I am ready to come off the rails being it is the end of the week and all I heard from my Dealer: In Production 11/18/22 (even though my account link did not agree) and today TBD when to be in production! Can't make this stuff up and Ford/Ford Dealers really need to get their act together.
This delay and misinformation happen to anyone else?

For me, Ford did not send any updates between your scheduled date and built completion email. It was about 3 weeks between blend date and built email. Then another week afterwards for the shipped email. The online portal tracker was normally a day ahead of the emails. Hope this helps.

Mine was scheduled to be built the same week and Ford's website hasn't changed. That said, the order tracker says the blend date was 11/16. It seems like most builds are taking 2-3 weeks, so I wouldn't expect much from Ford until the end of November or the beginning of December.

I wouldn’t get too worked up. My build date came and went with no word. The online trackers were a few days behind. Once you get your vin emailed you will see the blend date and to my knowledge it is pretty accurate.
My dealer called that my truck was in before the trackers updated to show it had even shipped.

This is not unusual. The dealers have access to a system called Vehicle Visibility that gives them access to much more detail than you can access. Production can shift a bit due to parts availability. In case you haven't heard, there are problems in many supply chains and shipping still.

So following up today to see if my 11/14 production date, had a TBD, and now a week latter my Dealer tells me due to a Microchip shortage the production is on hold. Would have assumed when a production date is set Ford has ready to build all the parts and ready and waiting. Even if true, a Microchip will delay start of production, this to me sounds like someone is blowing smoke up my A~~. what say you folks?
By the way, what does Blend Date translate into?
Thanks

Blend date is the day that Ford is scheduling your car to start building, the built date is the Monday of the week that your truck is scheduled to be built.

Blend date is when the body assembly and frame assembly are blended into a single unit.

I just checked Ford's website and my XLT with a blend date of 11/16 is built and ready for shipping. They expect it to get to the west coast 12/16-12/22. I'm not holding my breath with the rail strikes and such, but it would be pretty awesome to get it before the end of the year.

My build is a pretty basic XLT SR build with max tow and tow tech packages. No spray in liner or any accessories.

Hey everyone, new guy here with a 2023 Lariat ER ordered. Anybody here had issues with the Ford tracking website not recognizing their Vin or really extended delays? I see on the site that people with build and blend dates after me are in the shipping phase. I have an order date of 9/7, a production date of 10/31, and a blend date of 11/05. I haven't heard anything from Ford or my dealer, the website doesn't recognize my Vin, and the truck the order status hasn't moved from "Scheduled for Production". Any thoughts here? Anyone have similar issues?

Update from my order... Truck shipped on 11/29 and is scheduled to arrive 12/16-12/22 according to Ford's website. I also confirmed with my dealer that the truck is actually in route and no longer on any chip holds.
