My build date was 4/21. Lariat with ER. Sunrun has called to get my charger hooked up.

Sunrun is calling me today to discuss my options. I will let you know what they have to tell me.

Ordered a Lariat with extended range. Have not decided on charger to install....most likely will be Charge Point. I don't believe Sunrun is available in Michigan.

So, just curious, why install a Charge Point charger when the Ford Charge Station Pro is included for free with extended range? Note, you don't have to have SunRun install, either. I'm just going to use a local electrician.

Was looking for a charger I could unplug and take with me to summer home.

It comes with a portable charger that will be perfect for that; you just need a NEMA 14-50 socket (other correct me if I got that wrong) to get meaningful level 2 charging. It is the typical 50 amp socket used on clothes dryers.
