I am looking at a '23 Lightning that is on the lot, can the Ford BlueCruise 1.0 with Active Park Assist 2.0 and Phone As a Key be added after the purchase?
What model Lightning is it? Those two features require hardware that is only installed/available in higher trim models.

Wow great document. I created something similar. Thanks for sharing this!!
It’s from Ford’s media site. They distribute these Tech Spec sheets for every vehicle.

Does anyone know what the Lariat SR is missing besides the IR system in the driver door and dash? It seems to have all of the sensors and Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Keeping are doing the same as Blue Cruise except for the requirement to have your hands on the wheel. Since Blue Cruise is a subscription service it would seem like Ford would want to get it into as many vehicles as possible. If I had known what I know now I would have included it in my order and I would gladly pay the cost to add it if Ford would offer it.

My SR Lariat does Adaptive cruise and "hands on" lane centering great without the IR cameras. It wont do the full tilt blue cruise hands free mode(on approved roads), but for my purposes it works great, and I even prefer it without the IR cams. I'm overall super happy with the 510a package.

I think all the 22' Lariats were supposed to get Phone as Key, but I havent seen that update yet. I've checked in with Ford multiple times on it. They said it should come sometime but hasnt. That's been a month or so since I was pursuing it, I need to follow up. Not sure what else other than Bluetooth it uses for PaaK.

Phone As A Key is currently available on the following vehicles:
  • Mustang Mach-E
  • Ford F-150 Lightning**
    • Optional package for Lariat low 510A trim level
    • Standard for Lariat high 511A and Platinum 710A trim levels
