Probably not transferable. The dealer bugged me to register it after the sale because it’s one of the customer satisfaction benchmarks Ford was using early on. You could go to an Electrify America and plug the truck in and wait and see what happens.

Total value is between $80 to $125, depending on how you want to calculate it.
 
I expect the Blue Oval Charge Network will be one of the ways you'll be able to charge at Tesla Superchargers next year.
I expect it to be Plug and Charge with the business handled through the back-end networks (software integration). The 'along with' language seems that FordPass is an additional method, although there are two ways to interpret it.
Mustang Mach-E, F-150 Lightning and E-Transit customers will be able to access the Superchargers via an adapter and software integration along with activation and payment via FordPass or Ford Pro Intelligence
