Benefit of Max Tow Package

I was listening to a pod cast over the weekend and they were talking about the benefit of the extra battery cooling for the max tow package. Their take was that even if you don't tow a lot this extra battery cooling is a benefit for everyday driving. Thoughts on if the max tow package is worth the extra $ if you don't tow often?

cooling is cooling, there is no relationship as to whether the truck is in 'tow mode' or not, as tow mode does nothing more, that we know of, than limit you from being able to use 'one pedal' driving mode - the truck has no gears, no transmission, and so there is nothing else involved. Many of us have towed for years and rarely use any 'tow mode' - it's rarely needed unless you are pulling extreme loads on very hilly terrain, even in an ICE vehicle, or RV, etc. I can imagine that tow mode 'might' provide some extra regenerative braking, or apply the physical brakes sooner than otherwise, but that's just a guess. Anti-sway might come into play, but it seems that is built in and doesn't rely on being in tow mode, either.
