Headlights are set to Auto, and they came on in the middle of the day. Sun is shining, not a cloud in the sky. No reason for them to come on. Anyone else having this issue or know what's causing it? Also causes my display to darken as if it's night time.

That's been seen in Mach Es before. Cycle the control to on, off, back to auto. That should fix it. If not try a couple of cycles. After that, you might want to try a reboot (battery disconnect) followed by a trip to the dealer if that doesn't work.
