I jumped the line and got a Lariat ER most importantly in atlas blue metallic. Ford authority said for MY23 atlas blue would be dropped. However on ford's website atlas blue is still an option but antimatter blue is not. What's up here? I still have a reservation but no order and was thinking about selling the 22 and getting the 23 with the max tow which is the only option I wanted but don't have

Antimatter Blue Metallic is still available.
Atlas Blue was removed as an option for MY23s.

Got it. I did some research also and antimatter blue is it for MY23. Beware this is a very dark blue ... much darker than any picture I've seen. I went to the Ford dealer to look at colors, they had a bronco in antimatter blue but it was indoors on a lift, but really really dark.

Thanks for the pictures and enlightenment. Just for comparison does anyone have a picture of a Lightning in antimatter blue to post for comparison? As I stated earlier it's very dark and I haven't seen an accurate picture of this color

there are some antimatter blue pictures…and yes, they all look very dark. I thought there was on from someone in the northwest (Oregon/Washington area). Can’t find it now. Pictured in the sun and gave it more color.

Here's a couple of pictures of atlas blue.

Having seen an AMB mannequin at a local dealer (I've driven it,too) under different conditions(purposely):
1) It is really dark.
2) In bright sunlight it looks brighter and really pops.
3. When its dirty or in on cloudy days, it looks dull and boring.
4. In some instances it looks purple which won't work for me.

Yes I agree that purple doesn't work. That antimatter blue can be close under the correct lighting situations

Atlas blue remains true. I really wish that color was still available. It seems like they're trying to mellow everything out. Except they do have a red.

I have an antimatter blue being build in 1 week but my Rivian showed up a few weeks ago and I already have a charger installed etc so I'm sticking with Rivian. I'm buying the lightning anyway but I will entertain offers. Thanks
