I got an email today saying my reservation was updated. I never requested any update so I was curious what changed.

I signed in, and now my reservation says it's for a Lightning XLT, even though I never asked for an XLT and in the past the reservation just said it was for a Lightning.
My reservation is still only in reservation status, I haven't been able to place an order so I never got a chance to specify my trim.

Anyone else seeing this??

I didn’t get an email and just checked my account and it says lighting xlt. I don’t even want an xlt I am planning to get a pro. Don’t know this will work out now.

Mine says XLT as well but my guess is that it is a stock image.

Yea, that image is a Platinum. I think they just updated the page. I wouldn’t read into it. You will pick your model when you get the invite to order

Uh, yeah... I did not get the Email, but my reservation now states "XLT" as well.

Yeah mine says my order for the XLT has been approved but I never placed an order and I would not have picked the XLT. Yet another Ford website blunder I guess.

I reserved on the first day. May 19, 2021. I reserved a Lariat.

I just logged in, and it says XLT now.

If they are prioritizing Lariats, does that mean they bumped me down/??

I hope (1) that this is just a glitch and Ford is getting ready for the next wave of invites and (2) that Ford have a different set of techs preparing over the air updates. The techs who update the website are the B team, if that.

Yep, my reservation page says that too, and I have always intended to get a Lariat. After I saw it (and recovered from the initial shock) I tried going in and building my truck, and saving it just in case I had played with an XLT in the past and somehow that's how they decided on an XLT for me, but it won't save. So there are a few things that are wonky. I, too, was going to call the dealer but if everyone else is seeing the same thing then yes, I'm guessing we're just seeing growing pains as they prep the website for MY23, and I'll sit tight.

I did notice that Dan_Kay's 'reservation amount paid' stated, $0.00. So it looks like there may be some glitches on the page, or someone forgot to give him the credit for his $100.00.

Yeah mine said the same thing. 2022 XLT. I am glad to see this is common and probably just some stock placeholder model or something.

Or he changed dealerships. When I changed dealerships I got the $100 back and now my reservation page also says $0.00.

I got update showing XLT also. Awesome as I plan to convert my 5/19/21 reservation into XLT order !!

Mine says XLT as well. I plan on getting the Pro. Sounds like it's a common error.
