I got an email from Ford saying it's my turn to order. Kinda surprised since I made my reservation in November 2021 (just a few weeks before books closed), and since I'd imagine there are still tons more people in line ahead of me.

And if anyone else got the invite today, are you planning on placing an order, or waiting until prices (hopefully) start coming down?

I made my reservation in May of 2021, and have not received an email to make an order. I did get an email saying "early summer." With that being said, I just may wait for prices to come down, like Tesla, or wait for the battery miles to match or exceed the Chevy truck.

Yeah, I'm with you on waiting. I just picked up a 2014 FX4 for a great price 7 months ago, and I'd have a hard time justifying trading that in for a Lightning considering how much more I'd end up paying. Plus, it's encouraging to see Lightnings selling at MSRP, and manufacturer and dealer incentives returning on other new car sales again. Just gonna give it some time.
