Just wondering as folks are going in for delivery if there's any ADM conversations happening? As far as I know, there's nothing we have in writing, for the majority, that is the agreed upon sales price. Getting my Tesla was so much easier lol.
Given how scummy some dealerships are though, let's say I come in with my check and they want me me to sign a new purchase agreement with an ADM in it, or else no sale. Of course I can say no and walk away. Could I use my same reservation number to order from a different dealershipWhat I did was request a purchase agreement emailed to me from my dealership. I told them (which is true) that because I live 45 mins from my dealer and my credit union is around the corner from my home, that I need this to take to the credit union. I asked them to put in any fees, taxes, add-ons (I am getting dealer installed rust and interior protection (live in Michigan and plan to keep for a long time) but no extra warranties etc). They emailed it over and I got exactly what I am expected to pay on that sheet. No ADM. I just show up with the check from my bank for the amount listed on the agreement (give the bank my down payment). Sign the documents. Drive Away.
