Anyone else seeing lower ranges after multiple charges. I have only exceeded 80% just this once and am concerned I am loosing range somehow.
Yes my range on my Lariat ER has decreased a lot. It shows if I charge to 100% I will see 201 miles of range. Keep in mind the 320 mile range is the max when all variables are perfect. Being a brand new truck I am a little more heavy footed because I love the power and the temperatures here have been 110+ so the AC is always cranking. I’m sure when temps drop and I start driving more “conservative” I will see the range increase significantly. The truck is just learning your driving style and conditions and calculating your range.

You can reset the EV driving history and see what the range updates to. I’m finding that my range estimator is usually conservative by at least 10 miles or more versus what I’m actually getting. I think at 80% on my Lariat ER 511A im seeing about 250-260 miles of range. On my only charge to 100% at home, I seen it says like 310 or so.

They call it the guess o' meter for a reason. I just do the standard:

Battery Size * SoC * miles/kWh = range.

So if battery size is 131kWh at 50% SoC and you are getting 2.1 mi/kWh

(131kWh*.5)*2/1mi/kWh = 137.5mi*kWh/kWh

kWh cancels out and you get 137.5 mi of range.

I’m just glad I went with the ER because the standard range battery here in the desert wouldn’t be looking so good at this point.

I'm DEFINITELY glad I got the ER. My wife's car is a 239 mile range, and she tends to get closer to 275 per charge (many get 300+!), so I figured the Lightning would do the same. However, it seems that the 320 range of the ER is a bit more wishful-thinking than I expected.
It is a combined and is based on the situation. Highway is like 283miles which is like 2.1-2.2 kWh (which I think to get that you'd have to get little wind resistance and do maybe 65-68 mphs). The 350 mile all city epa rating would be 2.6-2.7 mi/kWh.

Best to look at kWh and not estimated miles left.

Nope. The GOM is intentionally Conservative and what you are seeing is based on your recent driving. See this thread to learn about how to get a reliable estimate of your range:

What are the perfect variables. I am seeing full charge and 260 miles. Only once got 326. I leave in New England and cold can affect it but its 65 here today and it only charged to 263 and it says 100%.

Try using your navigation system to see how far it thinks you can go.

I had charged my truck at a Chargepoint and the charger indicated 225 miles range but the truck indicated 183 miles range. pushed truck icon on display, push settings, select charge, select reset info, instantly changed estimated distance closer to what the charger showed. will be much easier when the home charger is installed.
