just wanted to let everyone know to be on the lookout. I got it in either Saturday’s mail or Yesterday’s (Hubs just put it all in a pile and we didn’t go to the box Sat so not sure which it was)

I nearly threw the envelope away as it looks like junk mail. It comes from Florida and it reminds me of the same size envelope that a greeting card would be in or just a bit smaller. There was no business name on the front and just a return address on the back flap. They put it in a sick carrier card so when you are feeling the envelope you can’t tell that there is a card in it easily. We had gotten something similar a few days prior and last week as well about selling our timeshare and another asking us to attend one of those timeshare presentations and so I almost tossed it out thinking it was another one of those.

Just be on the lookout and check your junk mail because these are arriving!!

Thanks for the heads up. I’ll be on the lookout. I did finally get the 250KWh charging credit so I figured the card was close behind.

This was for delayed delivery of the charge station pro for June Lightning deliveries. I never got an actual card, I finally got a $500 credit card credit via my dealer. I had to escalate with Ford to finally get it. Took me 2 hours on the phone and nearly a dozen transfers / disconnects. It seemed that the program / offer was a completely mystery to most of the Ford customer service people I talked to, even the Lightning specific teams. Ultimately I had to deal with a marketing team to collect.

Wow - how disappointing to hear of this disorganization…but glad you finally got it.
