No trimming and no rubbing.
Much better stance. Range significantly impacted at freeway speed due to much larger drag coefficient.
Based on tight fit after 2” lift, I would expect big time rub and limited turn without lift. I have 1/2” clearance on front tires to bumper. Lots of room still in rear.
