First of all let me say I love this thing, drives better than expected and very comfortable. The ac is ice cold (not what I heard from yt reviewers) and the the blue cruise works as well as Tesla’s, if not better because it is hands free (however teslas animation of the vehicles and etc around you are nice)

Ok here are the complaints (so far)
1
Automotive tire Hood Vehicle Automotive lighting Motor vehicle

under the front trunk, it isn’t painted. Cheap corner cutting

2
Tire Wheel Automotive tire Motor vehicle Vehicle

Wtf are these black screws? Looks like
it’s missing a fender flare. How about silver ones on a light coloured truck

Last is the range estimate… this is after a “drive history” reset. Shouldn’t it say 320? This is and extended range lariat btw

Anyways, picked up on Saturday and enjoyed it for the weekend, now off for a 2 week work trip☹

What are your thoughts on build quality? Is it your first EV? (I want to assume you owned a Tesla)
It meets my expectations. Number one vehicle in the world (f series trucks) so they gotta be good… However the center console seems like I could break the lid if it was up and I jumped in a hurry and smashed with my elbow. It’s also a bit awkward pressing the open button being so thick with the fold out feature.
f150s over the past few years have gotten a cheap feel to them, they did step it up on this …maybe all 22s? Gen 3 raptors seem ”better” too

Well maybe it’s still “learning” just checked and it’s up to 291🤷‍♂️
The 320 is the combined, just like for gas powered. City and Highway are different. Highway is going to be less. I think if you are seeing 291 that's above Highway which I think is 278.

The screws look like push pins, common unless you mean (what looks like) the 7 cm screws on the outer rim above the wheel (they look like the screws to the flap to reach the oil filter on the mustang)

My truck is black so the screws look right :D

I have no substantive complaints. I’m charging at home using the travel charger 240 @ 32 amps good for about 15 miles range per hour. The FCSP arrived and I meet the electrician Thursday to add the 100amp circuit and install it. I’ve seen DCFC rates of 175 and CarScan says the charge limit is 201kW on this ER pack.

Range is what you make it. I installed Car Scanner with a Bluetooth OBD dongle and using the Mach-e profile get real time EV dashboard. The numbers are a bit eyepopping. At 70 mph level ground the truck need about 35,000 watts just to push through the wind. In town those numbers go way down, but towing a trailer I see double 70,000 watts on the highway. Slow down and the power draw goes way down. With the camper I’m now very much inclined to take the scenic route.

One thing I’ve noticed the “This Trip” computer is glitchy. I’ll hop in a day later and it will reset the miles per kWh but not the distance or time. Leads to some bonkers stats in the trip history.

My first EV so I’m getting used to BlueCruise. Still feels like I’m monitoring a teenage driver with the anxiety of having to take control so I don’t use it much. That said when it’s on it does a good job but can abandon you with little noticeable warning.

Yea we have a bit of that with the Trip screen. But mostly it is "This Trip" not resetting after getting out and coming back to it.

BlueCruise was just activated last week in our Mach E and I'm liking it so far. I honestly don't need it over reg ACC. I don't do anything else with my hands but rest them on the steering wheel anyway.

Just looking at the picture for the 7mm screws they seem to just hold the wheel well liner in. Not sure how it looks on a reg F150

Here is an example of the ‘current trip’ computer misbehaving. This was a round trip with a full overnight in between. On the return 23 mile trip it didn’t reset the mileage so it looks like I’m getting spectacular efficiency.

No it should not. Ford has an intentionally conservative GOM. They don’t know how fast our in what terrain you will be driving in your next trip. They don’t want to say 320 and then have you drive 80 for hours, running out of juice. If you want a realistic estimate, use your navigation and it will adjust to the planned route.

Update on the charger with 110v input (while I’m away at work) range is coming up! But boy is charges slow on 110. I was thinking, with a phone, when you fast charge the battery depletes faster then when you do a slow charge…so I’m willing to bet it will be the same. Time will tell I guess
