Waited about 17months, a model year bump, and two price increases for this thing but it's finally here!

I also ordered on 8/11, scheduled for production week of 1/9...probably won't deliver til March. I still consider myself very lucky, to be one of the few to get the rarest Lightning model, and at MY22 pricing.

Nice! Just picked up my Pro 12/1 as well, same color! Loving it so far. The only thing I really wish it had is the unlock feature when you touch the handle. You didn't pay those two prices increases did you? You should have got $12000 off sticker, $7000 for the MY year 22 transition offer and $5000 for the October MSRP price protection??

Congrats on your truck! My Pro was built on 12/5/22 and will be my first truck. I am eligible for MY2022 pricing and the color is avalanche gray. I own a 2022 LFP TM3 and plan on selling a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 AWD. The value proposition with the Pro is enough that I will sell Ioniq 5 which I quite fancy. Cyber Truck will hopefully replace Lightning in 2023-24

Nice! Just picked up my Pro 12/1 as well, same color! Loving it so far. The only thing I really wish it had is the unlock feature when you touch the handle. You didn't pay those two prices increases did you? You should have got $12000 off sticker, $7000 for the MY year 22 transition offer and $5000 for the October MSRP price protection??

October Price protection is not provided at the purchase. Per Ford Marketing, they would send out the 5K to the buyers through the dealers after the purchase. Couple other members of the forum got the same response. HAs anyone collected the 5K rebate for price protection at purchase?

I did and so did about 4 others on the F150LightningForum in our build week of 10/24 but there were a few others that the dealers said they would cut them a check "if" it shows up from ford. You should get price protection at the time of the sale not send you a check later. That is a dealer thing not a Ford thing

I have spent hours arguing with my dealer. They said they would reflect whatever they got from Ford. They have even showed me a report from their system, showing the 7K private offer and nothing else. My sticker is also reflecting the current MSRP, not the MSRP prior to the the price hike. My dealer refused to reflect the additional 5K in my contract as they claimed they have no word about it from Ford. They literally said to take it or leave it. I have called the Ford Marketing this is what they said: Once Ford dealer reports the sale back to Ford and shows that the buyer is the person who placed the order back to ford, Ford would send a rebate to the dealer, who would pass it to the buyer. We will see if they do.

Same scenario basically, pretty disgraceful treatment.
I literally just completed my Ford survey and was not kind. I had to pull 5k off of a line of credit as I already had the loan secured and payment dialed in.

Long story and terrible dealer experience on the 5k, I'm working on it 😕
Wife loves the truck so far, I'm a little spoiled by tesla tech but it's perfect for her. I'm hoping the pros are included in future phone-as-key feature.

Thanks... You'll get yours just when it warms up and avoid the cold-range hit. Hopefully rates stop climbing like a space shuttle in the meantime! Good luck

Thanks for posting this document. This proves my dealer to be dishonest vs mistaken. I hope everyone on the pro build list is able to take a copy of this to discourage/prevent the dirty tactics.

I hope so. Thank you for sharing this. Do you have the full image? (showing letterhead, to, from, date etc.) - not that I don't believe you, I want to have the full image in case I need to use this to recover my 5K. I have not seen this memo before, I only saw the 7K private offer one.

This actually is in line with what Ford told me: Difference being paid in approx. 45 days after the report of sale to the original name on the order thus making sure stock sales don't the rebate. Am I reading this correctly?
