The app really needs improving. My Tesla app is so much easier to navigate and for that matter, the UI in the truck could be easier as well. There re way too many screens to go through to get to what you want.
other than that, I’m very pleased with the truck and I believe these improvements can be achieved with over the air updates.

also, when I’m in blue cruise, only kilometers show up, not miles…anyone know how to change this?

I would make climate control as tactile buttons and dials, you often want to tweak those while driving and don’t want to look at the center console to perform multiple clicks.

Painting the front grill, maybe just add some protective film, but that huge flat piece of plastic at the front gets easily scratched which is annoying on such as expensive truck.

most of the truck features are already superb as this is an F150, I wouldn’t change anything there.

ground clearance is relatively low for a truck, maybe add an off road version with air suspension that can lift the car when on the trail

I really hope the UI gets a lot better for existing ones out there. For new models, a slightly smaller screen to make room for more buttons and knobs would be a huge improvement. A lot of states have already banned holding a phone while driving. And here we are, having to fiddle with the huge touch screen to make adjustments while driving. It really sounds backwards. @Ford Motor Company did it right by not following in the footsteps of the Cybertruck (by making the Lightning look like a conventional truck). You just need to also lead the way to make the vehicle easier and safer operate while driving.

hmmmm....what are you talking about? I have buttons and knobs for everything...can use all the main controls without taking my eyes off the road very easily, including camera activation, etc. I did specifically select a version of the truck to have all of that though...in my case, I pre-ordered a Lariat but upon finding out I could not have the 12in screen I opted for a fully loaded XLT.

Most heat pumps have a resistive strip that kicks in when temperatures fall below levels that allow for the increased efficiency. The same resistive strips that already exist in the Lightning. So no, you don't give up anything in the extreme cold, you just use half the power the Lightning currently uses (on average) when the temperature is above 20 degrees (F).

There is a substantial number of us that often operate in in temperatures above 20 degrees, and would benefit greatly from using half the energy of the current system during the winter. Tesla uses it, GM has announced it will be using it, both because of the undeniable benefits.

I have a Kona Electric that has both, a heat pump and resistive heating - honestly you do not gain much with the heat pump...you gain complexity for sure though.

and yeah...not every heat pump is made the same, this is the 3rd year in a row we hear about this when operating Teslas in extreme temps--> Tesla Heat Pumps Failing In Cold, Tips To Help Until Fix Arrives
