I recently had a 50amp plug installed for my truck, in order to receive the rebate I had to schedule non-peak charge times on the app. Seemed super easy. Set the times. The truck hasn't charged since. I've plugged in and unplugged it several times, the light on the charger is blinking yellow. I deleted the specific charging times. No go. I deleted the app completely from phone. Still not charging. I reinstalled the app on my phone, now it won't connect to the truck. The truck is still not charging. I plugged it into the 110 that worked before. Still not charging. I've been working on this for hours, watching videos, searching online. Can't find any help.

I recently had a 50amp plug installed at my home and in order to receive a rebate I had to schedule charge times for my ford. Great! No problem, easily set up charge times on the app. The ford hasn't charged since. I've had it plugged in for several days and it won't charge. I deleted all the settings on my app, no go. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it still won't charge. Light on charger is blinking yellow. In vehicle I reset to factory settings, still not charging. Now the reinstalled app won't connect to the ford. I have been working on this for hours now...

Light on charger is blinking yellow.
This is the key statement. While I don't see pulsing yellow on the error code list, it sounds like the error is in the charger.

It sounds like the problem may be in the Ford Mobile Charge cord, not the vehicle. Have you been able to charge at all, even when you are not using a charging schedule?

Try removing the pigtail from the charger and reinstalling it firmly. If you have access to another 50A outlet, you could try the same charger there.

Does the truck charge properly on other level 2 chargers? On DC Fast Chargers?

Is it possible you have a faulty mobile charger? Or a grounding issue at the 50 amp plug? Typically flashing yellow light is a fault, if it's waiting to charge it will just be off.

So I had it charging immediately after the install and had no issues until I set the charging times up on the app. I had the plugs installed by a professional and I've had my RV plugged in as well with no issues. Now I have the truck at a public charging station and it is charging fine. It seems to me that once I set the home charging station and the preferred charging times everything failed. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Now the app won't connect to the truck and truck won't charge on the home charger. I have the RV plugged in right now on the 50amp and ran the AC and everything. The plug seems to work great. The problem is with the truck.

Try this: Delete all charging programming from the app, then set it all up on the vehicle screen.
