Build start is the end of January 2023, looking for offers. I have a child on the way so a 100K plus truck may not be the smartest purchase at the moment. Yes I know this is a nice truck and I do want it but need to be responsible only best offers will get a response for obvious reasons!

If the build has not even started, you should be able to cancel, right? Resale value on these are about to crater, so if you can't afford it, get out of the deal.

Especially since the lariats and platinums don’t quality for the Tax credit, even dealers will have to settle for msrp.

Yes, I can cancel the order up until I take delivery of the truck. I just know that it's a hard to get truck, if I can sell it for a small profit that can be used toward a family car and I'll just keep my maverick. Otherwise I may sell the Maverick and keep the Lightning. Just looking at best options for the family.

FYI: almost in same boat. Reserved way before we were surprised with twins when planning for one more. The good news, the lightning can fit three child seats in the back. Has a frunk for small stuff and a bed for all the baby stroller crap. Best wishes.
