Built 12/14,12/16 received email saying built and shipping expected 12/30 to 1/5. Nothing since. Until today...Now 1/15 to 1/21.

My delivery date changed to 1/16 -1/19 from 12/20 -1/1. Frustrating. Oh well, not much I can do.

I’ve been in the same boat it’s changed twice, from end of December to beginning of January now middle to end of January and it’s been on a train since New Years.

I I’m there with you Darrell. I have a NS rail car # (TTGX 603718) but NS systems don’t have record of it. My delivery window is Jan 3-9 but I’m expecting a shift to end of Jan.

I’m 988327 with same response. My dealer told me I was just outside of Pittsburgh a week ago. Last update I can get out of anyone. I just got off the phone with an agent at NS. He informed me it pulled into Wilmington today which is where my stop is. Now to start closely monitor the trucking company.

This is killing me at this point. Initially estimated delivery was 1/6 to 1/9. That was pushed to 1/9 to 1/12. Now it pushed again to 1/10 to 1/16. I know it made it to the twin cities; just needs to get a a darn truck and get here!

Any suggestions to lower my anxiety are appreciated.

I found out Saturday that my railcar was at its destination and confirmed yesterday with ford chat. Yesterday I saw that the trucking company had it on the schedule but no eta. This morning it updated to delivery Friday the 13th. It’s like a sick joke.

Well finally got her home! Handled pretty well on the snow and ice. Sadly, ford pass refused to connect, suspect the modem issue. Dealer will fix on Wednesday. I'm not messing with it. When you pay 90K, that stuff needs to work.

With that said, very excited and had a lot of fun plowing through snow!

Tell them to remove and reconnect power from the 12 volt battery. Save time instead of them messing with the settings which is a waste of time.
