Mine says shipped, but delivery is estimated for 1/1/23 to 1/7/23, hoping it to be here before end of year but not holding my breath.

Mine was built 11/29/2022. ETA was 12/23/2022. Has changed now to 01/02/23. Shipping an issue I guess.

where are you getting ETA date from?

I contacted through email, Ford Canada. That is what they told me, however when I go to the tracking site it still says arranging shipping. With a winter storm arriving I’m not holding my breath.

Can I ask what email you reached out to? (fellow Canuck here) I'm 10/27 blend and 12/09 "built" and the dealer has an invoice.... But status is still waiting for shipping to be arranged...

Just fordcanada.ca under customer service. They seem to get back fairly soon. Just give them your vin#. Mine was built 11/29 when they sent me the photo off the assembly line.

Well, my order moved to shipped! No ETA yet, nor any email from Ford. Coming on Canadian National rail.

My ETA is Jan. 2/23 but site doesn’t say shipped. So I’m assuming it has been shipped.

So, my truck has been listed as shipped for an entire week and is on a Canadian National train. My dealer was able to track the train to Chicago on Friday with it planned to go to Minneapolis where it will likely be trucked to Sioux Falls.

Yet, in the Ford order system, I still don't have an estimated delivery date. Is this typical? It is just blank.

I think this is typical. Mine was built over a month ago and when I go to the tracking site it doesn’t list as shipped. However, when I contacted Ford customer service in Canada, it said it has an ETA of 01/02/23. Still not here but maybe sometime later this week.
