Well, after reserving 5/20/21 and ordering 9/7/22, I finally have a window sticker! Happy Thanksgiving to me!

I am scheduled blend on 12/11/22, which I thought was interesting since that is a Sunday. I also am scheduled for convoy, so hope that speeds up delivery. (Dearborn to Sioux Falls, SD)

Other 12/5 build week folks, post your updates here. Finally getting real, and hopeful to have it by January.

Congrats!

I reserved 5-25-21. I ordered 11-15-22. Yesterday, I got an email from Ford that said my build week is 1-9-23 and they sent me my VIN number.

I'm going to give my insurance agent my VIN so he can let me know what I'm looking at as far as my premium. I hope it's not too much more than what I pay for my current 2007 F-150.

To all of you Lightning owners that went from ICE to Lightning, did your insurance rate go up alot?

Thanks for this update, as my window sticker is also live today! 12/08 blend date with a convoy delivery. This has me hoping there is still a chance of 2022 arrival.

Seems like they all say convoy even though nearly all leave by rail and then do truck from nearest rail from your dealer.

When I quoted the Lightning was 2nd cheapest of our 4 vehicles. Cheaper than the Hyundai it will replace. is there a reason you think it should more?

That sucks as my dealer also said most likely it will be rail to Omaha, then trucked north.....

No real reason, I just thought with the higher price tag, it may be more to insure. I bought my current vehicle, a 2007 F-150 XLT brand new back in 2007 for less than half of the Lightning. It's an old truck ha ha.

Where do you lookup your window sticker? I'm build week 12/12 and want to keep an eye out for mine next week.

Note not just the window sticker links, but the module stuff. The module info will let you know when it is fully built long before Ford tells you.

What's your blend date? It will be on our window sticker which you can get at this point.

My rate was quoted as being 10 dollars a month cheaper than my 2017 Fusion hybrid.

I pay $227.00 every 6 months for my existing 2007 F-150 XLT 5.4L.

My agent took my new VIN and said the same coverage for my 2023 Lariat would be about $89 per month... that's more than double what I pay for my 2007. I figured it would be more but that's a hefty rate hike. 😑

Did you check window sticker for blend date? My blend was yesterday and I had a tear tag ready this morning
